To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To claim misprinted, damaged, or defective items, you must submit your request within 7 days of delivery. For replacements and refunds, please send us unboxing videos and pictures of the defective product, along with images of the original packaging.
